UIA는 다양한 영역에서 시공간적 내적강도(intensity)에 기반한 활동을 기치로 2009년에 설립되었다. UIA는 디자인이 학제간, 업종간 경계를 넘어서 새로운 삶의 양식을 생산하는 역할임을 믿고 지속가능한 환경을 위한 건축하기를 하고 있다.

Urban Intensity Architects(UIA) was established in 2009 with a value for intensifying spatial and temporal immanence in built environment. UIA has strong belief that architecture performs a significant role of producing new cultural assets and has been practicing to create sustainable environment and communities.
